Hello there.
I just read
over your site and have nothing much to say about it. It doesn't suck since
you are a wee little beginner, so its ok. As for the Xian comments... hmm.
I've never seen anyone so devoted to spending so much time in this. Almost
as devoted as some Xians are. Especially when most of the info is non-factual.
I can understand why you feel the way you do about it. Isn't the
world a cruel place to live? So cruel. I wish I could talk to you about
some of these things without the mask of the internet. I agree with many
comments you said about the Xians, except for a few things.
I won't go
into specifics. All I can say is that atheism has no real strength to stand
on as far as scientific evidence. So far no one has proven there is no
God. I'm still waiting for it to happen, you know, like the rapture...?
What is soo funny about this prevalent attitude is that my own Bible even
talks about people just like you. Lucky you!
Well, anyhoo.
When you are down in the hole like many people are, you will understand
the way we do... hehe. It's humiliating, I know. I've been there. I know
how you feel. Heh. Thing is, you won't find the answers in a church. Let
me know if we can talk. I'll give you some practical answers you
won't hear from the local evangelist.

Ha ther sugah
and thanks for taking the time to look at my humble webpage. I get
the distinct impression you already dislike me :) You never seen
anyone as devoted to what? Religion or the lack of it? I wouldn't
call one small webpage devotion. If you think otherwise, you need
to surf the web more. If you want real devotion to religious issues
or the lack of them, I suggest a website like http://www.infidels.org
They have hundreds of pages. It's also a great resource.
>>Especially

Yes, I thought
I made it clear on the atheism page that it wasn't an "evidence" page as
there are thousands of pages out there already devoted to that. It's
just my little rant.

I have serious
doubts that you could know what a complete stranger feels, especially with
the "cruel world" comment. I'm sorry you feel the world is so bad.
However, it seems to me that you're implying that I think that, which is
not true.

How do you
prove a god or a fairy doesn't exist? The one claiming such a thing
would be the one that would have to prove it exists. In all fairness,
no one can prove that a giant invisible fairy doesn't live in the clouds
above, but I won't believe that either.
>>What is soo

People "just
like" me? I dunno if people "just like" me being talked about in
the bible is such a great thing. Don't people "just like" me get
killed in the bible? :)

How do you
know if I have ever been "down in the hole" or not? You understand
how I feel about what in particular? I've had many bad things happen
to me. Just because I don't spill my whole life story on a webpage
doesn't mean I don't have one sugah.

OK, I'll bite.
What practical answers do you want to give me and what questions am I supposed
to ask?

Hey there,
Thanks for answering my e-mail. I'm
sure you get lots of it. As for the proof for God, I admit that I cannot
prove God to you in any actual physical evidence. Any Christian who won't
admit that is not worth your time. I cannot prove it. You will not find
physical proof. I do not want to try either because that is not my job,
but something He has much pleasure in doing. I have asked the same questions
you have asked. So in some sort of a way I know how you feel. That doesn't
mean I know you. If I could prove God then I would have no need for one.
The proof that I have is not something I can give to you. The comment about
Christians doing good because of some sort of fear of God is not true.
It may be true with some, but not with me. To God, all sin is the same.
That makes me no different than anyone else, regardless of belief. I will
never change that fact. So I have to live with it. I will never be perfect
or be considered better than someone else in God's eyes. Some Christians
say that they are perfect or say they have all the answers, but they don't.
They never will. Some things I will look for my whole life and still not
know.
What I find with many of your views
is sadly true in many churches and with many Christians. I almost am ashamed
to call myself one sometimes, trust me. I know how your friend felt when
you went to church with her. It disgusts me. What upsets me is when you
judge me and put me with the rest. I understand you don't believe in God
and I respect you for that. I deserve equal respect for my beliefs. I don't
throw you in the crowd with other atheists I've talked to who are the opposite
of you. I know you are different than the others.
I thought it was wonderfull though
that you put all those nice links on your site to those Christian sites.
That is very thoughtful of you. The more the better!
One question I have for you is when
you die, what will happen? Will you go into some kind of eternal sleep?
I'm curious of your thoughts about death. Please enlighten me. And if you
have any questions I will answer them to the best of my honesty.
