From: Brian Wolfe <wolf_blood>
hello there.... i stumbled across
your page early this morning (about 2 am, actually), and i must say it
has the makings of a fine webpage... i can't wait til the band pages are
up and running.... especially the cure one.... even the wanker's section
was humorous.... i got a kick out of jason(thebus)'s page.... just like
you said.... big pic, little paragraph... but he does have a neat sound
of some sort.... loud football noises, pretty annoying actually... the
cookbook was entertaining, can't wait to get more recepies.... the church
reviews is actually a good idea.... i happen to live in Republic, MO, so
i get the full A/G effect here..... there's gotta be at least three or
four hundred churches around here and in Springfield.... i've been raised
christian, but i'm old enough now (19) to make a decision for myself, but
i consider myself lucky to have been exposed to it for so long.... i like
the fortune cookie bit on the atheism page.... i'm actually a wiccan/pagan
myself, (might as well be a satanist as far as my folks are concerned),
but i respect all choices of deity, even the choice of none.... different
strokes for different folks, as it were.... the "jesus said a lot of stupid
things" link was interesting reading, given several things out of context
(raised christian...i notice these things by instinct now) but quite a
few raised good points.... the lucifer guy had some interesting comments
as well..... congratulations on putting together a fine piece of work....
i would appreciate it if you could update me on your progress.... can't
wait to see it all come together....

ps
one little comment about the atheism
page..... you should say something about the dead sea scrolls.... the basis
for most of the text of today's bible.... i find it ironic that they did
not use all of the scrolls found in that cache of old writings, even though
they were all written to be books of the bible.... in fact, the Gospel
of St. Thomas, which is quite an interesting book, i recommend reading
it sometime, is actually considered evil by most if not all of the christianity
churches (catholic, a/g, baptist, etc.) even though it was found sitting
between the scrolls of matthew and luke.....
interesting, eh?
